Crystalized in Time is a family owned business with a simple belief: the moments that matter most deserve more than a phone screen. We turn your favorite photos into stunning 3D laser-engraved keepsakes made from genuine K9 optical crystal, gifts that light up a room and last a lifetime.
Our story
It started on a cruise.
A few years ago, our family was on a cruise. When we stopped by the photo deck, we stopped in front of a display we couldn’t walk past: photos engraved inside glowing crystal. Faces, smiles and little details seemed to float right inside the glass. They were beautiful.
Then we saw the price. As much as we loved them, we couldn’t justify what they cost, and we walked away without one. That moment stuck with us.
When we got home, we couldn’t stop thinking about them.
We started researching how photo crystals are made: the K9 optical crystal, the precision lasers, and the careful work of turning a flat photo into a three-dimensional image. The more we learned, the more we believed these keepsakes shouldn’t be a once-in-a-lifetime splurge reserved for vacation gift shops.
So we took a leap. We invested in our own engraving equipment, learned the craft, and started Crystalized in Time.
Our mission is simple: give people a better way to preserve their favorite memories, at a fair price, from the comfort of home. No ship deck, no pressure, no sticker shock. Just you, your favorite photo, and a family-owned team who cares about getting every detail right.
Today we create crystals for weddings, anniversaries, new babies, graduations, beloved pets and loved ones we’ve lost. Every one is made with the same feeling we had standing at that display: wow, I want to keep this moment forever.
