- To clean, wipe gently with a soft, lint-free cloth, such as the microfiber cloth we provide with every order.
- Avoid abrasive cleaners, scrubbing pads, and harsh chemicals, which can dull the surface.
- Do not place in a dishwasher or submerge in water for long periods.
- Handle with care. Crystal is durable but can chip or break if dropped or knocked against hard surfaces.
- Display away from ledges and high-traffic spots, especially in homes with children or pets.
- Keep out of prolonged direct sunlight. Clear crystal can focus sunlight like a lens, so avoid windowsills that receive strong afternoon sun.
- Store in its original box when not on display to protect it from dust and scratches.

- Choose a clear, well-lit photo. Sharp focus and even lighting help capture fine details like eyes, hair, and facial features.
- Keep faces front and center. Photos where faces are clearly visible and not too small engrave most beautifully.
- Use the highest resolution you have. Original photos from your phone or camera work better than screenshots or images saved from social media.
- No backgrounds work best. We can will remove the background of your photo for you.
- Older or printed photos are welcome. Scan or photograph them in good light without glare, and we'll let you know how they'll turn out.

Results depend on the clarity of your photo, which is why we provide a complimentary preview for you to approve before production.
